Chocolate Banana Balls with Shredded Coconut

 Banana as one of delicious fruit is very popular because it has  impressive potassium content and varieties vitamins. It can avoid from anemia, decrease high blood pressure,  decrease depression etc. In addition, as we all know that eating chocolate also can make people feel happy. Therefore this  Chocolate Banana Balls with Shredded Coconut is a kind of creative and healthy snack / dessert which can attract many people especially girls’ attation.

Because its outside are shredded coconut and dark chocolate, so it will not taste very sweet; and the banana inside is very soft, so the taste is very rich. More to the point, it is one of the easist snack to cook. I believe everyone can make it and it takes very little time to make. 


A banana, 100 grams of chocolate, 50 grams of shredded coconut, a bamboo stick

Suggestion: a banana can meke 7 balls, it depends on the size of banana.

Making Process:

1 Melete the chocolate

 2 Cut the banana into small pieces

 3 Use the bamboo stick to put a piece of banana into the chocolate

  4  Make banana all covered with chocolate

 5 Put the banana with chocolate into the bowl which has shredded coconut

 6 Make it all covered with shredded coconut

7   Finish!Well done!!


1The bowl with chocolate must be no oil and no water

2 It is better to eat them in 1 or 2 days
